what is the difference between overall rankigns and comprehensive rankings?

Thanks

i don't think you answered americanadakidd's question....
and just my personal opinion but canadian colleges leave a lot to be desired

i know, b/c i personally don't know the difference, i am just offering my opinions on the GOOD CANADIAN SCHOOLS

okay that's cool
but i wonder what rankings he's talking about..
is there a difference between "overall rankings" and "comprehensive rankings"?
maybe you [americanadakidd] are confusing "comprehensive college rankings" and "comprehensive rankings"...
a comprehensive college is a type of college

I believe the poster is talking about Mcleans, and how the magazine separates all of the Canadian universities into 3 categories. To answer the question, Medical-doctoral (also known as research university), comprehensive (a mix of both research, though still has an undergraduate focus), and primarily undergraduate (which is the US equivalent of a LAC).

Thank You Spirited Awaay!
