Are there any schools that offer Musical Theater programs in Canada? Whether they be BA's or BFA programs?

Have a look at the websites for Sheridan, Univ. of Windsor, and York. All are good programs, but Sheridan’s is probably the one that is at the top of the list.

Is that all?

I know of two, but neither are BA or BFA in MT (but don’t quote me - I’m certainly not an expert on these!).

CCPA (Canadian College of Performing Arts) in British Colombia has a 2 year MT program (with a 3rd year specialized program).

Ryerson University in Toronto offers BFA programs in acting and dance - with MT electives.

There are no BFA or BA MT programs in Canada. There used to be one at the University of Windsor, but it conflicted with the rest of the Arts department seeing as it is technically a triple major as-is…

There’s also Capilano College’s MT program (Elicia Mackenzie is an alum), Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts’ college program, and that’s just about all I can think of off the top of my head.

Ryerson is probably the best place to go if you want an actual degree - my father teaches at the school (not in the arts department) and can attest to the talent he sees around campus. Sheridan has probably the best MT performance college - if you go through a Mirvish playbill for any sit-down show (I’m looking at my Rock of Ages one right now), you’re bound to find at least 2 or 3 Sheridan grads.

However, all the MT programs are very competitive - I’m inclined to say even more so than schools in the US, just because Canada has fewer programs and so it’s harder to formulate a list of schools you’d like to get into/can get into without auditioning for most of them.

There is a combined BA in theater and music at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. Their website says that they are training “triple threats” - however - their focus is more on classical voice. Oh - and they accept about 5 students per year…
