Around when do Universities in Canada (Toronto, McGill and Waterloo) give admissions decisions? I am an international applicant from India, and I submitted my application in early December.
Waterloo generally sends decisions in May. For internationals, Toronto also mostly sends decisions out in May, but they do start sending sending decisions out in January/February/March. It depends on which college you applied to.
