Cancel State Mandated ACT?

I just got my April ACT and I improved to a 34. I am extremely happy with my score, but I partly attribute it to ideal testing conditions. I am going into the Illinois state testing in the mindset of trying my hardest, but I am convinced that my score will decrease (I never scored above a 33 on any of my practice tests).

I understand that the state ACT will be submitted to compare my school to the rest of the state, but is there any way I can cancel it if I don't believe I did well so it doesn't show on my transcript? I know people can cancel normal ACTs. I am worried that for colleges that require all ACTs, it will show that my score decreased.
