Why would you cancel your subject test scores instead of just re-taking the test?
Can colleges see all the scores on certain subject tests?
What are the benefits of canceling?

there is no point of cancellation, you have the score choice option

My D cancelled when she realized she’d taken WH in 9th grade and was trying the SAT II in 11th…and had forgotten it all. At the time, Score Choice wasn’t “officially” turned on yet and it was too scary to wonder what MIGHT happen. Also…of MAJOR note…not ALL schools allow “score choice”. So that could be one reason. You felt you did horribly and your preferred school doesn’t allow score choice.
