Cancelling Housing Contract

<p>I am in the process of changing terms. I was admitted for Summer B 2010 but have requested to start my studies in the fall. I did, however, pay the full $400 housing deposit for the Summer and Fall/Spring terms. If they accept my request, will I be able to get the $200 Summer housing deposit back or at least put it towards something else, like tuition?</p>

<p>Also, I signed up for the May 12-13 Preview. Do I still attend that Preview if I have not received a response for my request by then? </p>

<p>I was honestly prepared to attend Summer, as you can see. But something happened to my family recently and we just don't have $1500 to shell out for the Summer anymore, especially since we didn't qualify for any aid (not even a loan).</p>

<p>I haven’t been through the process of signing the contract, etc. yet because I’ll be recieving mine in a week or two. My understanding is that if you cancel the contract you get $150 of your $200 deposit back.</p>
