Is it possible to make changes to SAT score reports if I have already placed the order, perhaps by calling collegeboard? I have accidentally sent scores that I don't want some colleges to see. I have just made the order so it is still pending, by the way. I'm in desperate need of some quick responses. This is killing me. Please reply fast. Thank you!

No, once you’ve sent them, that is it. You are in a panic mode about your SATs and ACTs based on the time that you sent some of these questions.

Relax … colleges will consider the highest scores of all tests. If a college state that they average all scores (very rare) then you will still need to send all your scores anyway.

I can’t even make changes? I’ve read that someone on here called Collegeboard and was able to add a score to his order. Can someone confirm?

^You can order other scores to be sent as well, but you cannot cancel the ones that have been sent already. You’ll need to pay again though.

Even if it’s still pending? :S

^Nathan, let’s say you had 1800 on your November SAT and 2100 on your December SAT. If you sent the 1800, you cannot CANCEL it (even if it’s pending). But if you want to send the 2100, and you haven’t…you can! But the colleges will still see the 1800.

And yes, you can send the other score even if the previous one is pending.

That’s like the exact position I’m in haha. Got an 1850 on my first SAT in the middle of junior year and then got a 2070 on the December test during my senior year. I didn’t wanna send either score because of my 33 on the ACT but i already self-reported the 2070 on my common app so I decided to send it anyway. However, i accidentally sent the 1850 along with the 2070. :T well I guess there’s nothing I can do about it now… they’ll only look at the 33 right? By they I mean the ivy leagues + duke usc johns hopkins etc. I hope this doesn’t affect my app negatively

Since you’re not sending them a ridiculously high number of scores, they’ll probably just consider the one(s) they think are best. That’s almost certainly the ACT, but they might find something positive about the score breakdown of the SAT and consider that, too.

At this point, there’s nothing you can do about it, so it’s best to stop worrying. Good luck!

Thanks to you both. I just wish I can go back in time haha

^ Well, I checked and those colleges you’re applying to only consider the HIGHEST scores. So although they might see your lower score, they’ll not consider it when reviewing your application. I think they’ll see your highest SAT and your ACT score (which is pretty good!). I wouldn’t worry about it. I’m in a much worse situation - I sent my first SAT score (which was pretty bad) to a college that reviews ALL scores :S

Really? You checked each one? Thanks! And ahh that sucks. Which college?

^Yes! It was for Syracuse University; thankfully the only school in my list that considers all scores.

Omg. I had the same problem today. I guess I would just pray.
