Cancelling on a Preview day? PLEASE HELP

<p>ok so I had a college preview day (where a lot of students come in and visit the school) planned for tomorrow (10/16) and I was really looking forward to it. However, I found out that I had a meeting, so I couldn't make it. I'm not sure if this school knows me that well, since I email the admission office a lot of questions, and have visited the school twice. Will it look bad on my part that I didn't show up? Should I send an email to the adcoms saying I can't come? Or will it not even matter? PLEASE HELP! I NEED TO KNOW BY TONIGHT SO I CAN SEND OUT AN EMAIL. </p>

<p>It’s not going to make a bit of difference. You’ve all ready visited the school.
Simply email the admission’s office and tell them that something unexpected came up and you will not be able to attend today’s Preview Day.</p>
