<p>I'm not yet able to access telebears so I'm submitting a Student Record Change Form. I think I have everything filled out but theres a slew of signature blanks on the bottom (Dean, Campus Official, Summer Session Official) Do I need any of those to cancel? ?</p>
<p>And does anyone know how long it takes them to process a cancellation usually? On the website it says you might need the course instructors approval so is there any way to get that?</p>
