Cancelling SAT scores

Is it still College Board policy to allow students to cancel SAT scores by mail (express mail, I assume) up to three or four days after the SAT administration? I couldn't find this discussed on the CB website (it only mentions the possibility of cancelling AT the test center), and I want to be sure.

Any information on how to cancel SAT scores exactly (address, phone numbers, deadline, etc.) would be appreciated!

Test and registration fees (including late fees and telephone re-registration fees) cannot be refunded, even if you cancel your test scores or are absent on test day.

Oops, sorry, you were asking about the time.

I think it is still CB policy to cancel by Wednesday (?) by express mail. I know that writing and sending it by overnight fax works.
