Cancelling Scores, Score Choice, and the Ivy League

Hello Everyone

As some of you might know, most or all ivy league schools do not participate in Score Choice.
Simply meaning that you have to send the scores for all tests you have taken.
I felt I didn't do my best on a December 3rd subject test. I am planning to cancel my scores before Wednesday. WILL THESE SCHOOLS KNOW THAT I CANCELLED MY SCORES?????????

And if so, what are the negative consequences?

Thanks. :)

No, but I’m pretty sure they cannot see if you used score choice or not.

^^^Yeah, what he said. Pick and choose whatever you want.^^^

I’m pretty sure a few Ivies do…ie Harvard and Princeton participate in score choice, while Yale doesn’t.

If a school doesn’t participate in Score Choice,ce the CB website won’t let you choose scores.
In any way, don’t cancel. You never know what you got. Besides, schools like it when you gradually improve your scores ;)

Okay… so what all of you are saying now is that the colleges won’t know that I cancelled my score just as they wouldn’t know the score itself.

I have already faxed a score cancellation form to college board. Yet, I still have one question… How will I know if my score HAS been cancelled?
