Cannot add the second teacher recommendation on Common App

<p>For some reason I cannot add a second teacher for NYU on Common App. For all the other colleges on my list (even for those that require 1 recommendation) there is no problem adding the second one. </p>

<p>Anyone else had this problem? </p>

<p>NYU only needs ONE letter of recommendation!</p>

<p>If you still want to send any other ones, have the recommenders send it directly via mail to the Undergraduate Admissions.</p>

<p>wait, how do you add it to the commonapp? i thought all recommendations are sent directly to nyu?</p>

<p>Under the School Forms section you set all that up. You put in the name and the email addresses of the teachers and common app sends and an e-mail telling them to complete and send evaluations and recommendations.</p>

I’m applying to Tisch film/television for ED, I have extra artistic recommendation letters from a director I worked with and an art professor, should i send them to Tisch directly with my portfolio or to admissions office?</p>

<p>Commonapp uses two recs.
NYU requires one.
Does it look bad if you’re using commonapp to apply to NYU and only submit one rec?</p>
