<p>I am an international applicant from Shanghai, China. I want to check my status online but cannot create a password. According to the UCSB Account Management website, it is said that "You have submitted one or more invalid entries that do not match out records." I have checked several times but still cannot find out the problems.</p>
<p>Anyone have met this kind of situation before? I wrote to the admission office but haven't received any reply yet. What else can I do now? Wait? Help please!</p>
