What link are you clicking? I can’t reproduce the problem…
I access CC from AOL. When I click on the main heading of “Parents Forum” I get a whitel page with all kinds of computerese writing that doesn’t make any sense. This is a different message than the one from yesterday, which you could overcome by clicking on the same link 2 or 3 different times.
^^^ Yes, I was having that same trouble and use AOL as well.
However, I have been able to access the Parents Forum fine this hour.
How is it for others who were experiencing this problem? Is it OK now or does it still need to be fixed?
JEM, no, it is the same computerese page as yesterday (at least it looks the same to me). I cannot get on the parent forum through AOL. It is fine when using Internet Explorer. It still needs to be fixed.
Agree—it’s an AOL issue for me, too…Roger or ??, do you want me to screen print and email you all the error messages…just got it again.
Thanks for the responses. I will update the Mod Team with these responses and see if we can get some resolution.
I can get to the Parents Forum today. (I couldn’t for a while.) I do NOT use AOL.
Have been unable to get in since yesterday - opens up to a white page with ‘stuff’ on it - I know - lousy description LOL - have reported it - but still not fixed Wonder what is wrong
I had that problem yesterday with the Cafe. I switched browsers (Firefox to Safari), and it worked. YMMV.
Tried to log onto CC yesterday and couldn’t- message saying maintenance. Maybe a problem was fixed…
No, the problem is still there. I still cannot access the parent’s forum.
Jeepmom, are you using AOL? I can access the parent forum through Internet Explorer.
NEM - since yesterday - I can get into any other forum - except for the Parents Forum via AOL - uugghhh - I don’t usually use IE - tho I did get into it that way earlier today - but still a dud with AOL - all others are fine and dandy
A big THANK YOU for fixing the problem!
We didn’t fix it, it was AOL doing it to you, as they cache content, there is a sticky post at the top of this forum directing users on how to clear they’re cache.
