For 2 weeks now, I have been trying to change my email on this account. Every time I try to update my email, it says “Oops! An error occurred. There was a problem when we tried to update your email address. Please try again later. If you still have trouble, please email the administrator.” I saw a similar threads posted recently, so I’m sure that this is not something that’s just happening to me.
