I recently accepted the conditional admittance about two days ago and was trying to apply for housing, but the site claims there is no housing application open to me at the time. Is this supposed to happen or am I forgetting to do something first?
Have you paid them the housing down payment? You must also sign and return the licensing agreement. Once this is done, you should be able to access the housing choice page.
