Can't access matriculation forms

<p>I set up my netID and the e-mail works. However, when I try to access the matriculation forms on the welcometigers website, this message comes up: Username or password does not match LDAP entry.</p>

<p>I called the OIT help desk and e-mailed them as well. They said they'd get back to me, but June 15th is quickly approaching and I'm starting to get a bit worried. </p>

<p>Has anyone else gotten this error?</p>
