Can't access MyUCSC account?

<p>Its killing me that I dont know if I got accepted or not!!!
Whenever I put in my CruzID and my CruzID Blue or Gold passoword, it says "Your User ID and/or Password are invalid." Pleeeeeeease help. Ive tried approximately 20 times, same result.</p>

<p>Does anyone else have this problem?</p>

<p>I remember having this problem last year as well. From what I remember, I called ITS (Information Technology Services) and they were able to sort out the problem for me. </p>
