Can't access SAR page?

So I finished filling out the FAFSA application yesterday. Today I received my SAR link but I can't seem to access it? Is the site down for everyone else?

The fafsa for school year 2014-2015 is not available until today. Did you fill out the correct year (or are you trying to access school year 2013-2014)

January 2nd for new FAFSA unless they put it up early.

People fill put wrong one every year. Important to double check directions and dates.

Yep, it seems like I did fill out the wrong year :stuck_out_tongue: hope it doesn’t affect this year’s application somehow.

It won’t affect anything, just fill out a 2014-15 fafsa when you are ready.

I’m kind of confused. It says “If you plan to attend college between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014, select 2013-2014.” My spring semester starts on Jan 18th 2014 ends on May. Which year should I fill out?

Are you applying for aid as a incoming freshman or a transfer student?

Are you looking for aid for spring semester right now (as in January) or next fall and spring?

If you are graduating from high school in June, you apply for 2014-15 school year.

Your situation might be different.

@SamuraiLandshark

I’m applying as a transfer student, and yes I am looking for aid for this spring semester (in January )

So yes, apply for 2013-14.

Also, if need aid for next school year, do an additional one for 2014-15.

Why did you wait to apply so late for this semester? It could delay your aid package.

When you go through the summary, there is a way to print the summary at the bottom of the page to make it easier to complete/correct it.
