<p>For the common application, I cant add some colleges under the "my colleges" tab. I type in the college name and try to press QuickAdd but it doesnt work and Ive entered the name and waited for a drop down menu but it doesnt show up. Some of my colleges I want to apply to show up but others dont.</p>

<p>Type slowly and if you see the school name below the search box, click it as soon as it appears.</p>
<p>Otherwise, your problem may be that the school does not use the Common App. Only 400ish do, out of thousands in the U.S.</p>
<p>Its probably because the school doesnt use the common app. Thnx! So to apply for that school, I need to fill out the form on each college’s website?</p>
<p>Some colleges use the Common App, some use the Universal App (or something like that name), but most require you fill out a paper or online app made especially by the college.</p>
