cant decide - completely torn

Claremont McKenna or Berkeley for Political Science. I know its too late to be making this decision, but I just in a huge rut. I like the small classes of Claremont and the intimate feel of the student body, but I think its wayyy too small and the area sucks. On the other hand, I love the surrounding area of Berkeley and I feel like it would be a really exciting place to go, but I'm afraid I'm going to get lost in the big lecture classes. I also like that it's a different atmosphere than SoCal, since I've lived around L.A. my entire life. I'm pretty independent though, and I'm not afraid of going to a big school (I go to a big high school). I guess the only thing holding me back is the small classes, and therefore better academics, of CMC. Price is about the same. Anyone have any advice? And I can turn my SIR in tomorrow, correct?
