They are all very good schools. You have researched the rankings and that is one component. I would tell my son or daughter (assuming they are all very good schools, which the ones you listed are) to choose the one where they believe they will be the most comfortable and which will provide them with the broadest overall experience. Best of luck.

What do you want to study? How much is net cost an issue to you?

Be aware that there are going to be cutbacks at Penn State. PA. has a governor who hates public colleges and public schools. He’s proposed a 50 to 53% cut in state funding to all PA. colleges, and we are stuck with him in office for another 3.8 years. While Penn State is not dependent upon state funding, and the final cut may be reduced to 40 or 45%, the cuts will still reduce offerings, increase class sizes and increase tuition.

Nova over all of them… had the same debate about Fordham’s campus, but there is only a small amout of academic focus there. When I asked my cousin, who goes there, about the school his first two points were “25 million dollar gift by Gabelli for new business school” and “the bars that let Fordham students in with there IDs underage”. The campus is nice, but you may need to wear a bullet proof vest on it, iron gates and fencing can only block so many bullets. If your going for Business, nova is the best option
