I’m a graphic design major currently at a community college. I got accepted into both Illinois Wesleyan and UIUC. IWU is closer to my family, offers more in terms of scholarships, and offers a chance at free study abroad. It is also a small school which could maybe be good? However, I heard UIUC may be better for my major and it could really help my personal development to leave my town for once. My parents prefer IWU for obvious reasons, but I enjoyed being on the UIUC campus more. There’s a lot to consider. Any advice?
