I took a course called Intro to Culinary Careers, which is not one of selections under College-Prep Electives. There’s one called Culinary Food Science, but that’s a separate course. I tried to do the “Add Course” thing, but when I try to add it says that what I entered isn’t an academic course. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a proper subject area/course category for Intro to Culinary Careers, so I just selected Electives-Interdisciplinary. I’m not sure if that’s ok.
I put it in Coursework Other Than A-G. I guess that’ll have to do
