Here's the problem (At work),

In Boss' office, Computer A has a working router

Out front, computer B has a USB network adapter, can access wireless internet, and is connected to a laser printer

He wants to be able to use Computer A and print to printer on computer B

Computer A has no wireless adapter, just the router

No server inbetween

can this be done?

you can't share printers with a wireless INTERNET adapter as far as i know. you need a separate adapter for printing, i believe...but then i may be wrong.

that would probably be it

Correct me if I'm wrong but the printer is going to need a wireless adapter so you can share it on the network.

I think you can do it...you have to make computer B a print server.

Is computer A hard wired to the router?

yeah...then you can do it....go to the printer list...and right click and share the printer

will try when i go to work again
