Can someone help me figure it out. Is it like T.Johnson1 or some special combo of first and last name? hopefully not a pin # >.<

mine is the first letter of my first name followed by my full last name.

Steven Smith would be ssmith.

You should know your password too, but good luck guessing that one.

I could never create an account, because it said my info didn’t match their records I called, but was on hold forever and eventually had to hang up and they never responded to my e-mail. This is rather frustrating. And I’m sure the phones will be very busy for them tomorrow…

I have the passkey. Unfortunately, activation still isn’t working. I guess I’ll try calling tomorrow or get my rejection through the mail. sigh.

Thanks a lot for your help

Good luck! The Brown website does say that you had to contact them by today (March 30th) for the online accounts, so that’s why I’m frustrated :(

ya, me too! And I get the same error as you blink

Call Brown and tell them of your problem. Also, in the undergraduate page of brown.edu there is a link where you can look up your password if you forgot it.

same yo, the email where they sent my passkey ended up in my spambox.

User name: For both my daughters, it was initials of both their first and middle names, followed by the first 6 letters of their last name:
For Kate Jane Richardson: kjrichar
For Mary Stacie Richardson: msrichar
The format seemed to be the same 2 years ago and this year.
Cannot help you with the initial password which was randomly computer generated.
Good luck!
