It says to put in my details as it's appeared on the bill. But i haven't gotten a bill. And I've put in my details personally but they still can't recognise me as a student.

Am I doing something wrong?

my daughter also can’t get it to work. i’m guessing we have to wait for the bill to activate net pay??

I was able to sign up for my kid, go to:
[Cornell University: Pay Now - Net.Pay](<a href=“Page Not Found | Cornell University Division of Financial Affairs”>Pay Now - Cashnet | Cornell University Division of Financial Affairs)

Sign up for your kid first. You will need the student ID to sign up. Once that’s done, then the student could invite his/her parent to sign up. You could input your bank’s information to do direct pay. Right now it is showing 0 balance.

to oldfort, may i ask if your kid is current cornell student or incoming freshman? cause my daughter tried sign up on net pay and we keep getting “not available” message!

Incoming freshman. She got in ED, maybe that’s why it was available. You D needs to put in student ID (numeric number), not her email ID.

Is this where you pay tuition? What else is it used for?

Yes, this is where you could pay tuition and everything else. My older daughter also went to Cornell. As a parent, I would check on it every month (they also email me), and she would have some charges on there (sorority dues, Red bucks, printing, PE charges). You could also sign up to pay your tuition over time.
