<p>I changed my email in the settings in Common App, and now I can not log in with my new email AND I can not log in with my old email. I emailed Common App and they suggested I try and reset my password; I tried this three times and all of those times it said that there was an error and to try again later. I really am out of options and very frustrated is there anything else I can possibly do???</p>
<p>Make sure that you are trying to sign in under “Applicants.” That tab, and not “Members” or “Recommenders” needs to be selected on the sign in page.</p>
