Can't log into Common App?

<p>I changed my email in the settings in Common App, and now I can not log in with my new email AND I can not log in with my old email. I emailed Common App and they suggested I try and reset my password; I tried this three times and all of those times it said that there was an error and to try again later. I am under the applicants tab. It's been about four days and I've tried logging on in different browsers. What is the problem and how can I fix it??</p>

<p>Unless this resolves by itself, I think that only the Common App people can help you at this point. And good luck with that…</p>
