Can't make a decision... Madison vs. U of MN- twin cities

I have been accepted to both the U of MN- twin cities (College of Biological Sciences) and U of W- Madison....

I have no idea which to choose. I am from MN...
I am planning of pursuing a Biology degree/I am pre-pharmacy.

What are the pros/cons of each school? Which is better academically? Which one looks better? Will I just be a "#" at both schools?

Wisconsin in all regards. No unless you want to be.

Wisconsin is better in everything from what I know. really good academically.

ask any non biased person with experience in minnesota and wisconsin and they will tell you they are equal in academics. they are both great schools and it really depends on which one you could see yourself going to. i have visited both colleges and each had their ups and downs. i think minnesotas dorms were extremely homey, but wisconsin had an amazing campus with the capitol just a 5 minute walk away.

Both have many merits (and I have very close ties to both), but UW is superior academically. It has a better reputation nationally and regionally. It is more difficult to get in to. Thus, UWisc >UMinn.

That said, Madison is a fairly one-dimensional college town. The twin cities has a whole lot more to offer as a whole, and some departments are equal or better than Madison.
