Can't Open/View Forms for Required Documents for Financial Aid??

<p>A couple days ago UCSB requested additional information for financial aid since I'm set on going there. In the required documents section that has the pdf forms there are links to click on them. I can't open them with adobe reader, safari, firefox, etc. Every time I try to open the forms a blank web page just pops up. The file says "GenPDFDocument.asp" </p>

<p>I thought I fixed it… but I actually didn’t. If I find a solution I will let you know. Can anyone help out with this problem??</p>

<p>Try using internet explorer. I was having this problem and none of my browsers could properly open the file except IE.</p>

<p>Problem solved this time for sure (at least for my problem). Just uncheck the box for operating in 32 bit mode under “get info” when right clicking on the safari application. After restarting Safari the pdfs should work. It worked for me!</p>
