Can't people just make a new collegeboard account to make a new SAT transcript?

<p>lol, this might sound like a stupid question but... I was wondering if people can just make a new collegeboard account to get a new SAT "transcript".. If you think you've messed it up, couldn't you just make another account to start new?</p>
