Can't register for SAT

Hey,

I can’t register for the SAT in October.
I select my test center on collegeboard.org and then click Continue to the Checkout site.
and it displays the message:
“Unfortunately, due to technical issues, we cannot reserve your seat assignment at this time. You may either let us assign you a test center or come back later to finish your registration.”

Just as a data point - I was able to get to the Order Review/Checkout/Payment page. Were you able to get past uploading a photo, right after selecting the test center?
