<p>I can't take the psat this year (I have something uber imoportant tomorrow) and I'm a soph. I didn't study or anything, so maybe it's a good thing. I know it doesn't count this year so it's ok.. but I really wanted to familiarize myself with the test. I wanted to see what it's like..should I buy a book of practuce tests or something?? :( Im bummed.. cuz I need all the practice I can get, im not a good testtaker at all.</p>

<p>Don't be anxious about the PSAT, it really does not matter in the end what you get on it, esp for soph year but more same for jr year unless you are in the top 1 or 2%. Unfortunately, it is good to take it for practice on the SAT. You should not worry about psat or sat this year, but next summer get an SAT practice book (like 10 Real SATS) and start to familiarize your self with the pacing/timing and the types of questions you will get. If you know what to expect, I hope you will be less anxious.</p>
<p>I took the psat wendsday but i am sure i did horrible on it. I was sick (very bad cold) and my head hurt and i couldnt concentrate. Even worse was when i went to the restroom after finishing a section and came back. Nobody told me whe had already started a new section. i was just sitting there wasting valuable time.</p>

Princeton Review and Kaplan are both quit good.</p>
