CAP to Mccombs help

I am going to be a CAP student at UTSA this year and would like to know what courses should I take to increase my chances to get into Mccombs. I am aware of the 4 indicator coures that I must take (Eco 1 and 2, Cal 1 and 2). But I just want some input on what other courses should I take. Does it really matter if I choose to take sociology/ psychology instead of taking history or government. Or should I just take anything to maximize my GPA. Any input would be great on what courses should I take to increase my chances , especially from previous CAP students who got into Mccombs.

Thanks again

Yeah? No?

You must take your academic indicator courses to be considered. One of the criterion you’re judged on is how rigorous your schedule is, so it’s up to you. If you take a light load, they will notice.

As long as you have a great GPA (3.9+) and completed the indicator courses, you will have a good chance. Probably shouldn’t take all easy classes…

Thanks for all the help, I am currently taking for this semester Calculous, Economics, Government, History, and Sociology. I am just worried that this may seem to easy or something. Any more input would be great.

Thanks again
