We're allowed to win by all means necessary so this isn't a homework help post. If you have different rules than use your own judgment. I'm playing foundation and we're playing individually.

What's the best strategy? Anyone using a hybrid or alternate strategy?

I'm in round 4. My metrics are miserable but this is what I expected. I'm using a combined strategy and this round I'm finally going to buy back equity. I want a high ROE and better assets/equity. I'm set to get strong ROS and I think those two will cause the higher stock price. I have a 30% share in both segments 100% awareness an over 80% accessibility (4 products). I took a net loss last year but I really bulked up on capacity and automation. My gross was about $111M. Production is going to be really cheap this year and I think I might opt out on a 5th product line which would require further high cost capital improvements.

I'm using differentiation with a product life cycle focus then morph into a niche cost leader. I'm at the changeover stage. I want to grow my market share to 40% - 50% in low end sector and bail out of the high end sector.
