Car + Emory

Does anyone know FOR SURE whether or not Emory allows freshman to have cars on campus????? I really need to know before I rush in buying my vw beetle!!

eww, the VW beetle. Never really liked that car. But take my words with a grain of salt. I don’t even own a car yet, and I’ll probably be buying second hand when I can own one.

Anyways, aside from personal tastes, I’m pretty sure the website says freshman can’t have one, but there are also ways to cheat the system too. Just be creative like asking an upperclassman to buy you a pass and paying them back. Stuff like that.

I don’t know if that was any help

Hardly anyone really likes that car but I LOVE THEM! so luckily im not buying it for everyone else’s liking… :)

ummm i guess that helps but that really really sucks…I cant live that close to atlanta without a freaking car!

Emory does not allow freshman to have cars on campus (you can officially have a car on campus your sophomore year). That doesn’t stop freshman from having a car though… my friend brought their car back for second semester. You can purchase a parking pass from an upperclassman or park somewhere off-campus.
