<p>Hey its almost time for fall semester to start. I hope everyone's as excited as I am. And so now its time to get into the nitty gritty... </p>
<p>I'm an incoming Freshman staying in Carothers. I'd like to know just how much people with cars use them? Is it worth it to bring? Do you use it ever? How good is the mass transit? Bascially, to bring a car or not?</p>

<p>As a freshman, our son lived off-campus and he used his car to get fast food and to go to the grocery store, as well as on dates and to drive home at Thanksgiving. I think he also liked having a car to get away from campus every now and then.</p>
<p>yea...unless ur living off campus u dont need a car. there are buses and everyone walks everywhere...none of my siblings need one all 4 years at UT</p>
