<p>I submitted a CAR because I was placed in a suite when I didn't even list a suite as one of my choices. I was wondering how successful CAR's are in general. I know they say that a majority of people won't get it, but I've read a few success stories on cc in the past. When's the earliest they start notifying people that their CAR was approved and how do they do it? email or snail mail?</p>
