<p>How do I determine if the care packages that I ordered have been processed and will
be received by my son? Check was mailed a month ago to Collegiate Welcome Services and no confirmation has ever been received!</p>
<p>I used them for my d’s school. I’m a sucker – went for the big package, so she already received the “welcome to school” treats and texted me to say thanks. Have you checked with your bank to see if the check cleared? When I contacted d’s school with a question, they gave me the company’s number – try 800-892-8741. (I did not end up contacting them, as I saw the check cleared quickly, and d got her package soon afterward.) I never received any sort of contact from Collegiate Welcome, just from my kid (who DID receive the personal note I wrote to her in the package)…hope this helps!</p>
