Bing generally accepts people with 90+ Average. The reputation of your school also counts.

My High School is very prestigious. It's one of the top public schools in New York, and maybe even the nation. A very high percentage of students from my school apply to Binghamton each year, and a decent amount of those students get in. But I don't think the percentage of sudents who get in from my school has uch to do with me getting in, personally.
One thing I forgot to mention- I chose a Biology major...

I don't know much, but your GPA seems low. Everything else seems up to par.
But because your grades have been improving, that could mean something to them too.

Hopefully it'll all work out, and things balance out, and you'll get in. I wish you luck =D.
