Career as Statistician

I have got admit from university of Washington which is one of the top schools for stats. My admit is for MS in Industrial Engineering but I am allowed to take the statistics courses.</p>

<p>So I intend to do my concentration in statistics and Operation research.
Hows is the career prospects for statisticians?
Is it a good combination in terms of finding a job?
Is OR and Stats good combination?...Thank you.</p>
