Career change to engineering, any post-bachelor's programs?

My situation:
I'll be getting my BA in Humanities next year, but I want to do a career change and pursue a master's in engineering eventually. My question is how should I go about this?

Enrolling in some sort of post-bachelor's program and transferring for a master's when the basic stuff for engineering has been taken?
OR
Going for a 2'nd bachelor's in engineering then going for the masters?

If the former, does anyone know of any good post-bachelor's programs for engineering? preferably in california?

If the latter, does anyone know of any colleges allowing people to go for a second bachelor's? preferably in california? I know the CSU's don't allow it anymore since two years ago

Or should I just go to the closest community college and shift my focus by taking engineering-type classes there till i have enough to apply for a master's program?

thank you for any help anyone can give!

Boston University has this thing called “LEAP” program.
