<p>As far as I know, it would be appropriate. I’d suggest checking the course offering/requirements and what types of research the faculty are doing to see if it matches your interests. Clearly, bioengineering will include some areas not typically found in genetics programs, but as I indicated in the previous post to which I provided a link, relevant programs can be found in a number of different departments.</p>
