Career Options and getting into a top 10 law school, please help

Well, I ended up going to the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I got accepted to their accelerated management/law program. This is a 3 year program for a B.S. in management. This also came with an auto-acceptance to Albany Law School, if I choose to go there. However, it looks like most students in this program end up going to Cornell, Columbia, and other schools as well. What type of job/type of law could I work with? It seems like this is a nice business and law program that provides you with two powerful degrees. If I do not fare well in this program, I wonder if I could have many opportunities just graduating from Albany. Right now I am hoping to do well these 3 years, so I can go on to a top 10 law school.

Anxiety about the future is high in youth. It tends to lesson as we grow older, which is one of the compensations in life for expanding waistlines and diminished stamina.

Life isn't like a book. We can't skip a few chapters ahead and tell you how it's going to turn out.

Right now, your options are virtually limitless. That's where you want to be your freshman year of college. You may find yourself doing virtually any kind of job a few years down the road. If you continue to desire to practice law, you may find yourself practicing any kind of law.

Farther along we'll understand why.
Cheer up, my brother, live in the sunlight.
We'll understand it all by and by."

Thanks guys, I know this. I am just wondering what a management degree and a JD can do career wise. I am in the research stage, I just want to learn about the different fields of law. I did this with medicine. I found out that wasn't for me. I am slowly weeding out careers that are not right for me. I may end up not being a lawyer, but as of now I just want to explore the different types of law.

anyone else? bump.....

bumppppppppppppppppp
