I'm a freshman at Harvard and am very interested in pursuing RLL in Spanish, French and Portuguese. I do NOT want
to be language teacher or translator... I'm hoping to do international business or consulting, or maybe go to medical school. I'm really passionate about languages and cultures but I also want a lucrative career..... thoughts? Should I just concentrate in Government or Economics and minor in one language?

With a major in RLL from Harvard, you could work on Wall Street if that’s what you wanted. Your job won’t depend on your major but on your skill set and on your internships. Make sure to achieve a high level of fluency in one and high level of proficiency in another, plus take a couple quantitative classes, network, use the career center for internships, and you’ll be fine.
