I need help in planning pre-application classes to qualify for a graduate degree. My undergrad degree is in psychology. My undergrad GPA is 3.0. I have not taken the GRE yet. I've been working in marketing for the past 4 years. I'd like to work in mechanical engineering. Ideally, I'd love to work specifically in energy science and engineering. Here are my questions:

Is a second Bachelors degree the better option?
Are there general classes that I need to take, or is it going to be specific for the graduate program? In undergrad I took one semester of chemistry and calculus 1. No other hard sciences.
Is attending a school outside of the U.S. an option (I only know English)?
