Careers with an MPH

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, and if so can the mods please move this?

But anyways, I was wondering about the said degrees in the title. They don’t seem to be discussed very much here as everyone is either traditional business or medicine on CC (and I guess law and engineering), so I was wondering if anyone knows:

What to do to get into a good grad school? I know you have to take the GRE, but what background do they typically like?

I’m looking at getting into hospital administration or maybe becoming an HMO, so I was wondering what job prospects are for these and what typical salaries are once one is out of grad school, 5 years later, 10, etc. Let me first of say that I’m not just in it for the money. I like healthcare industry (I’m a bio major right now) and business, and I’m trying to find out more about this field since I just learned about it, but I’m still curious about how much they make. And yes, I realize my sn doesn’t lend much confidence, but it’s just a wu-tang clan reference (song C.R.E.A.M), so please don’t buy too much into that.

Do people in this industry have as much flexibility in terms of where they can work as doctors?

thanks

sorry, I meant MHA (masters in health administration) not MPH
