cargo shorts at U of M

do college students wear cargo shorts? this question just suddenly came into my head.

I’m sure most do. If you’re talking socially acceptable, then I’d imagine that it’s okay. If you’re talking Michigan weather-wise, esp. in the winter, I’d say no.

uh, yes? You can wear whatever you want…

everyone i know always wear bespoke suits. anyone who doesn’t are probably losers.

wouldn’t want to be a loser, would you?

when does it start getting cold in michigan??

normally early october you’ll need a jacket, early-mid november it will be cold. although last year was pretty warm it was really nice up through end of october. It really all depends

There are definitely a lot of people that simply don’t wear cargo shorts, i.e. the people who like to dress a little nicer/preppier on a regular basis. But wear whatever the hell you want.

i wear a pink bikini. everyday. spring, summer, fall, winter. look for me on campus.

i saw you 10char

collegebound_guy,

I got my ass kicked outside the UGLI last year for wearing cargo shorts. Not to scare you, but it does happen.

^Are you f****** serious? That’s hilarious. No it’s not, I’m sorry – that’s not funny. But seriously. Yes it is.

I’m still in therapy after what some grad students did to me when they saw I was in a reversible jacket. Damn, the things people should have told me before I came to AA.

Wow, now I’m actually sorry. Did not realize it was a serious whuppin’. That’s ridiculous.

… Come on…

Yea… not entirely sure if he’s serious or not, but didn’t want to come off as an a**hole. I’ve seen/heard of fights getting started for absurd reasons, i.e. “laughing too loudly”… granted a large quantity of alcohol was involved. Friend of a friend was hit in the back of the head with a crowbar while standing in the beer line at a frat party.
