@randomuser492 , they usually mail the letters a few days before they post on the portal, but last year the portal was updated before the snail mail letters were received. Good luck everyone!
They posted a picture of the letters on instagram today, so I think they have not been mailed yet.

On Facebook they say they are signing the final letters today, and releasing online at 8pm.
